It is free executive money, only for you. *First time homebuyer grants for renters who are looking to own houses. Even if they were given some cash, the cost would still be great, and they’re significantly proscribed in what they can do. If it werent for the historic nature and designation, they might tear it down. Then do your homework well first and be prepared for delays, variances, tons of forms, and trouble in finding talented labor, parts, and money if need it.
